§ Mr. David MitchellSubject to parliamentary approval of the necessary Supplementary Estimate the 1980–81, cash limit on Class IV Vote 2, which includes the grant-in-aid to the English Industrial Estates Corporation, will be increased by £5 million to £40,062,000 to provide additional funds for the small factory units announced in the Chancellor's Budget Statement. Meanwhile, the necessary expenditure will be met by repayable advances from the Contingencies Fund.
