§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeThere are no proposals to harmonise the laws governing separate trailers drawn by motor coaches. However, a small number of articulated buses of the type often seen in other European countries, which are vehicles and trailers of a rather specialised kind, are undergoing trials in this country and powers are being sought in the Transport Bill to allow their more general use.
