§ Mr. Heddleasked the Secretary of State for the Environment when, following his Department's letter of 30 May to the hon. Member for Lichfield and Tamworth, he expects to announce his decision on the planning application by the Lichfield rugby club for the erection of a rugby club with changing facilities, club house and bar, four pitches and car parking on 14 acres of land at the rear of the Horse and Jockey public house, Darnford Lane, Lichfield, which has been referred to him in accordance with paragraph 12 of circular 75/76.
