§ Mrs. ChalkerThe Social Security Act 1980 is already on sale and the regulations governing the supplementary benefits scheme will also be placed on sale in the usual way. I can at present give no precise publication date for the latter, or when the revised Supplementary Benefits Handbook will be on sale. It is not intended to publish the procedural guidance issued to local offices dealing with the administration of supplementary benefits.
