HL Deb 17 June 1980 vol 410 c1108WA
Baroness DENINGTON

asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether they will list the assurances of further consideration or investigation that were given by the Government on matters arising during the various stages of the Housing Bill in the House of Commons.

The PARLIAMENTARY UNDERSECRETARY of STATE, DEPARTMENT of the ENVIRONMENT (Lord Bellwin)

The information sought by the noble Baroness is not readily available in the form requested. A considerable number of amendments have already been made to the Housing Bill in the light of points made during discussion in another place. Some matters are still under consideration, following assurances that have been given. Where appropriate, amendments will be proposed during the further parliamentary consideration of the Bill.
