§ Mr. Norman LamontI assume that the right hon. Gentleman is referring to the inquiry which I have said will be held into the proposed pressurised water reactor nuclear power station. The Government wish this inquiry to be full and thorough, but precise decisions about its form and scope have not yet been taken.
