§ 38. Sir Derek Walker-Smithasked the Secretary of State for Trade whether he has given any direction to the British Airports Authority or had any consultations with a view thereto under section 2(7) of the Airports Authority Act 1975, in regard to the exercise and performance of its functions in relation to the acquisition of land and applications for planning permission in connection with airport provision.
