(2) if any report has been made under section 334(2) of the Companies Act 1948 to the Director of Public Prosecutions regarding Staflex International Ltd.
§ Mr. EyreNo report has been made by the joint liquidators under section 334(2) of the Companies Act 1948. My Department is in touch with the liquidators, who have indicated that they have virtually completed the work and that they consider it unlikely that evidence will be forthcoming to justify a report. In the absence of such a report, there are no grounds for further action by the Department.
