§ Mr. Humphrey AtkinsExtensive measures are already taken to publicise the policies of Her Majesty's Government in relation to Northern Ireland both within the United Kingdom and abroad. I do not consider that any worthwhile purpose would be achieved by employing a firm of public relations consultants.
