§ Mr. Temple-Morrisasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if, in making his decision together with other Ministers on the overall share of rate support grant to be granted to England and Wales, respectively, for 1981–82, any allowance will be made or if there will be any consideration whatever of the different existing levels of domestic rate relief in the two countries ; and, if so, what allowance and what consideration.
§ Mr. KingIt is proposed that there will be separate rate support grant settlements for England and for Wales from 1981–82. The total amounts of Exchequer resources for England and for Wales have yet to be determined but will take account of all relevant factors.
