§ Mr. Steenasked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) if he will make a statement as to how much money has been available in the last three years and for projection in 1980–81 in the following cities for improvement grants for older houses, loans for the purchase of older houses and sound insulation : Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, Newcastle, Sheffield and Bristol ;
(2) if he will make a statement as to how much money has been available in the last three years and for projection in 1980–81 for housing action areas and general improvement areas in the following cities : Liverpool, Birmingham. Manchester, Newcastle, Sheffield and Bristol.
