§ 32. Mr. Christopher Priceasked the Attorney-General whether he will refer the issue of misappropriation of public funds by senior officials of Government Communication Headquarters to the Director of Public Prosecutions with a view to prosecution.
§ The Attorney-GeneralThe Director of Public Prosecutions has already considered this matter and has, as a result, forwarded certain papers to the Attorney-General of Hong Kong.
