asked the Lord Privy Seal if he will make a statement about the method of payment for aliens' entry certificate fees.

Mr. Luce

Foreign nationals requiring visas pay the appropriate fee in local currency before receiving the visa. Official receipts are issued in every case.

Commonwealth citizens receive "entry certificates", for which no fee is charged.
