§ Mr. WhitelawI am sending copies of the report to hon. Members who have indicated a particular interest in the repatriation of prisoners, and I am putting copies in the Libraries of both Houses of Parliament. Copies are also being sent to other individuals and organisations likely to have an interest in the subject. In considering the report in consultation with my right hon. and noble Friend the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs and my right hon. Friends the Secretaries of State for Scotland and Northern Ireland, I shall be glad to take account of any views that hon. Members or others may wish to express.
