Mr. Arthur Lewis

asked the Minister for the Civil Service whether, to save time and contribute to efficient working, he will extend the tax-free use of a Government car and driver to take them to their offices and railway stations when leaving and returning to their homes from the 12 top-paid civil servants either to the top-paid 500 civil servants or to all employed in Whitehall.
