§ Mr. PrenticeThe statistics we keep on delivery times for limbs indicate that these continue to be a problem. Our information on complaints and on work that is below an acceptable standard indicates that the level of complaint is low and that the standard of work is acceptable. I am aware of the criticisms of the limb service raised by the British Limbless Ex-Servicemen's Association and following a meeting with it, which the hon. Member attended, I am in correspondence with the association to agree the best way to investigate, and as necessary resolve, the points it has raised.
