§ Mr. Dalyellasked the Secretary of State for Energy if he will make a statement on the action he has taken in relation to a former senior civil servant, Mr. Alan Blackshaw of Friarsbrae, Linlithgow, West Lothian.
§ Mr. David Howell[pursuant to his answer, 26 November 1979, c. 862]: An ex-gratia payment was offered to Mr. Alan Blackshaw, was accepted and a sum of £4,000 will now be paid to him by the Department of Energy.
