§ Mr. Alexander FletcherRepresentations have been received from the Grampian regional council about the provision of public investment in support of industrial development and seeking a meeting. The Scottish Development Agency determines its own factory building programme and there is no indication that it has failed to fulfil its obligations on factory provision in the region.
