§ Mr. FowlerCirculars and other forms of guidance are issued by my Department mainly to local authorities in England. Technical memoranda are also available to the road construction industry and other interested bodies. Figures for unpublished circular letters are not recorded. Numbers are as follows:

§ Mr. FowlerA working party was set up to examine a number of schemes to 569W serve terminal 4. These included extension of the Piccadilly line to a new terminal station and a loop line from Hat-ton Cross via terminal 4 to Heathrow central station, eliminating the need to reverse trains there. The working party reported earlier this year and I hope to make my views known soon.
