§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeThe results of tests carried out so far on sealants that go into undamaged tyres suggest that sealants of this kind do not consistently produce a long lasting seal. Reports by the Rubber and Plastics Research Association on OKO tyre sealant confirm this result. I am satisfied with the technical adequacy of the tests that have been carried out.
