§ The Prime MinisterWe are seeking to create an environment in which small businesses can prosper by means of an increasing number of measures aimed at 777W reducing the burdens imposed on them by Government, restoring incentives, and removing obstacles to start-up and growth and through assisting businesses to raise money.
My ministerial colleagues have frequent policy discussions, with organisations representing small businesses and I have met a number of representatives of small businesses myself.
