asked the Secretary of State for Defence, pursuant to his reply to the hon. Member for Belper (Mrs. Faith) on 24 July, whether any disciplinary action will be taken against those members of the Royal Navy who allowed the "Marlboro Grand Prix" sticker to be placed on the helicopter; and what action he intends to take to ensure that this sort of incident does not happen again.

No disciplinary action is contemplated. However, naval personnel are being reminded of the Department's policy on commercial advertising.
