§ 32. Mr. Stephen Rossasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department when he expects to be able to announce further implementation of the recommendations contained in the May report on the prison service.
§ Mr. WhitelawI have already announced decisions on many of the main recommendations of the report of the May committee. Progress is being made on the remaining issues, in consultation with the staff associations, and decisions will be announced as they are reached.
