§ Mr. Skeetasked the Secretary of State for Energy if, in view of the fact that all coal in situ vests in the Crown, by virtue of the provisions of the Coal Act 1938, he will direct the National Coal Board, pursuant to section 8 (1) of the Coal Industry Act 1971, to include as assets in the presentation of its accounts the value of all proven coal reserves.
