§ Mr. Dudley Smithasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will list those county councils which have now obtained designation under the Gipsy Caravan Sites Act; and if he will also list the numbers of such sites which each individual county council in England and Wales has established since the passing of that Act.
§ Mr. MonroDorset is the only county to have obtained designation under the Caravan Sites Act 1968. A list of the gipsy caravan sites provided by local authorities in England and Wales as at 1 January 1980 has been placed in the Library.
