§ Mr. Geoffrey FinsbergThe merits of each case are taken separately into account in considering what level of care costs is acceptable in applications for hostel deficit grant. The applications in respect of the hostels run by the alcoholics recovery project are currently under consideration. In recent cases, non-housing costs, including care costs, have been allowed up to three and four times the normal management costs provided for by the Department's allowances.
