§ Mr. Gordon Wilsonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he is able to estimate from information available to him from local authorities the capital programme required, in each region, to allow major sewerage and drainage works to be undertaken during the next five years.
§ Mr. RifkindAllocations for water and sewerage capital expenditure for 1980–81 and guideline figures for later 763W years have been issued to individual authorities based on bids contained in their financial plans, and consistent with the provision in Cmnd. 7841 for expenditure on these services for years up to 1983–84.
