Mr. Ron Brownasked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether, now that the Scottish Law Commission has produced its report and draft Bill on occupancy rights in the matrimonial home and domestic violence, he will give an undertaking that legislation on this subject will be introduced in the next Session of Parliament.
