§ Mr. David MitchellI maintain a dialogue with EDC, trade association and trade union and I am ready to consider any action suggested by them where it is appropriate and practical to do so within the framework of our broad economic objectives and our international obligations. Also, we are vigorously pursuing policies to reduce inflation and we are confident that this will be of long term benefit to footwear as well as other industries.
