§ Mrs. Sally OppenheimI am always willing to consider the appointment of local committee members to the electricity consultative councils, subject to the provisions of section 7 of the Electricity Act 1947 as amended by the Electricity Act 1957, which determine the size of the councils' membership and the balance between nominees of the local authority associations and those representing other interests as specified in the Act.
