§ Mr. Normantonasked the Secretary of State for Trade what progress is being made within the Council of Ministers to reach agreement on a Community directive for commercial agents.
§ Mr. EyreThe proposed directive on commercial agents is currently being discussed by a Council working group. At its last meeting in June the working group reached article 16 in its consideration of the proposal.
