§ Dr. BoysonYes. In 1979–80 the Department included £706,000 in its grants to the Central Bureau for Educational Visits and Exchanges and the League for the Exchange of Commonwealth Teachers to facilitate exchanges by teachers from England and Wales. Teacher exchanges from Scotland and Northern Ireland are grant aided by the Scottish Education Department and the Department of Education for Northern Ireland.
