§ Dr. BoysonNo. Most courses leading to the degree of master of business administration are offered by universities which are autonomous bodies. There is a variety of other part-time courses at all levels available in universities and at higher and further education institutions which lead to business and management qualifications; provision of this type has expanded in recent years to meet demand.
