§ Mr. WhitelawIn May I received from the National Union of Licensed Victuallers a submission proposing various changes in the licensing laws. As I have said in my reply to a question by my hon. Friend the Member for Essex South-East (Sir B. Braine) on 3 June, I am studying the proposals but I have at present no plans for legislation in this area.
