§ Mr. Geoffrey FinsbergThe Cheshire chief building control officers' group submitted its views on the future of building control in a letter of 27 June. I am grateful for its comments; it would not be practicable to reply in detail to each of the many responses we have received in the course of our consultation, but each has been carefully noted and will be borne in mind when reaching our conclusions.
