§ Mr. Buchanan-SmithThere are no proposals to this effect. As part of a review of inland and inshore fisheries and fish cultivation, my officials conducted informal soundings with representative bodies in 1979 on a number of local fisheries matters, of which this was only one. I am now considering the views which were expressed. Before any decisions are taken about future arrangements there will be formal consultations with the representative bodies.
