§ Mr. Skinnerasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science (1) if he will list the county councils which presently provide schemes for the recruitment of school leavers to staff; and what is the number of places by which each council has cut its scheme within the last 12 months;
(2) how many school leavers were recruited to staff by the Derbyshire county council in 1977, 1978, 1979 and the available recorded months of the current year.
