Rossasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will list in the Official Report the qualifications required for the position of district administrative officer in the Western health and social services board; how many of those who applied when the post was last vacant had those qualifications; if the qualifications of the person appointed met the requirement; what weight was given to experience of applicants in the field; whether any of the applicants had any specialised training in the work involved; what was the nature of any such specialised training; and whether it led to any recognised qualification.
