Rossasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland whether he has any plans to seek outline planning permission in respect of property acquired because of the proposed T7 Waterside Caw/ Stage 1 road scheme, Londonderry, where the property concerned is now surplus to that required by the roads authority.
§ Mr. GoodhartThe Department of the Environment for Northern Ireland is considering whether there are any portions of the land required for the road scheme which might be surplus to requirements. The Department itself would have no plans for development of any such land, which would be disposed of in the normal wav.
