§ Mr. BrittanThe information collected centrally does not distinguish the circumstances of offences under the Litter Acts. The information available relates to all offences under these Acts and is published annually in the "Criminal Statistics, England and Wales"(Table 1 (a) (iii) of the volume for 1978 Cmnd. 7670). For additional information on the number of convictions in the years 1964 to 1974, I refer the hon. Member to the reply I gave to a question by my hon.
