§ Mr. FoxA deputation from Cleveland county council was received by Ministers of the Department of Industry, the Department of the Environment and the Department of Employment earlier this year to discuss economic problems in the county. It was agreed at the meeting that I should write to the county council about matters concerning the Departments of Environment and Transport. I did so on 1 July and am sending a copy of my letter to the hon. Member.
