§ Mr. Altonasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he is satisfied that the laws of Guernsey which allow the island's immigration authorities to eject persons seeking labour there, as in the case of two Liverpool boys details of whose case have been sent to him, are in accordance with international obligations under the mobility of labour provisions of the European Convention on Human Rights and other treaties.
