§ Mr. HurdThe United Kingdom delegation includes our representative on the Status of Women Commission and the chairmen of the Equal Opportunities Commissions (EOC) of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, who are not civil servants. Together with the secretary of the Women's National Commission, the EOC representatives are well qualified to represent the interest of women's nongovernmental organisations, which the Government welcome.
