§ Mr. Clinton Davisasked the Secretary of State for Trade if he has any proposals to publish a White Paper annexing draft clauses of a Bill for the reform of company law to be introduced in the next Session of Parliament.
§ Mr. EyreI shall conside the possibility of publishing proposed clauses when work on the next Companies Bill is further advanced.
