§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will seek to introduce legislation similar to that in the United States of America to the effect that a British subject must not be a paid representative or receive cash or payment in kind from a foreign Government or their representatives without registering his interest with his Department.
