Friend the Secretary of State recently appointed two new part-time members to the board of British Aerospace, Sir Jack Wellings, chairman of the 600 Group Ltd., and Mr. K. M. Bevins, a director and formerly chief general manager of the Royal Insurance Co. Ltd. In addition, he hopes to appoint two more non-executive part-time members.
