§ Mr. Peter WalkerThe Council decided that the proposed sheep regime will come into effect when agreements have been negotiated with third country suppliers for voluntary restraint on their exports to the Community. The arrangements for implementing the regime in the United Kingdom are under consideration and I shall make an announcement as soon as I can.
