§ Mr. Patrick JenkinIt is not possible to estimate the cost to my Department of implementing the recommendations in the Lindop report until any codes of practice recommended in the report are established. In addition to any departmental costs for social security, costs will also arise in the National Health Service and they are expected to be substantial.
