§ Mr. Wm. Rossasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer how many cases during the current financial year and during the last financial year the Customs and Excise had carried out house searches for citizens band radios in Northern Ireland, Scotland, England and Wales, respectively; how many radios were seized during such searches in each area specified in each period; and what charges were brought in respect of possession of the radios.
