§ Sir Ian GilmourThe status of those persons working at the People's Bureau568W of the Socialist People's Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, who have been notified to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in accordance with the Vienna convention on diplomatic relations as members of the diplomatic or of the administrative and technical staff of the mission, is governed by the relevant provisions of that convention. Other persons working at the People's Bureau are not regarded as having any special status.
